Success Story: Kathy
In June 2017 I was 48 years old, I had no signs of perimenopause and felt fine.
I had my annual exam with my general practitioner and all of my hormones were fine.
Fast forward February.
2018, my mom had passed away from dementia suddenly and I started having really bad brain
fog, tons of body symptoms, and I was starting to worry I was getting early onset dementia. I
went to see my practitioner, she did a blood panel and I had no hormones… like a 90 year old.
The only thing that I could attribute it to was the stress of my mother passing.
My general practitioner had heard of Christine Farrell and her success with treating women going through
menopause and referred me to her.
From the moment I met her she was kind, smart, and assured me that I would be OK and that I didn’t have dementia and that it was just one of those lovely horrific symptoms of going through menopause. She also educated me on all the dangers of menopause and how it’s treatable and that I would feel better shortly.
In six months, I had my sex drive back, my hair was starting to grow back, I had no brain fog, and I had energy. I wasn’t itchy everywhere, I didn’t have any hot flashes, and I felt like my life was worth living again.
I tell her every time I see her, she saved my life and there is no doubt in my mind that she has. Ever
since then I have had my best friends, my sister, and my family members flying from all over the
United States to come see her.
We should never suffer like this, there should be doctors out there that should be treating women and giving our lives back like Christine did for me.
